  • Clients will be notified promptly about any changes.

5. Warranties & Liabilities

  • We stand by the quality of our workmanship, and warranties may apply depending on the service provided.
  • JMS Construction Pros is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications after project completion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must notify us in writing for any cancellations. Refund policies will be based on work completed and materials purchased.

7. Use of Website & Content

  • All website content, including images, text, and logos, is owned by JMS Construction Pros and may not be used without permission.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania & New Jersey.
